Cancellation Policy – Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content
Last updated: April 2026
Your 14-day right of withdrawal under EU law
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day the contract is concluded (the day you complete your purchase).
However – this right is lost for digital content once delivery has begun
Under Article 16(m) of the Directive, the right of withdrawal is lost for digital content if:
- You expressly agree to immediate access to the digital content BEFORE the 14-day period ends, AND
- You acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the content has been delivered (download or streaming has started)
What this means for your purchase?
By checking the box at checkout, you:
- Agree to immediate access to the digital content
- Acknowledge that you lose your right to withdraw from the purchase once the download link has been emailed to you OR streaming has started (whichever happens first)
How to withdraw BEFORE losing the right
If you change your mind before accessing the digital content:
- Do NOT click the download link in your email
- Email me at vasilisa.zhukova.neuro@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase
- State clearly: «I wish to withdraw from the purchase of the digital content before delivery»
I will process your refund within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal request. The refund will be issued using the same payment method (PayPal) you used for the purchase.
No withdrawal possible after delivery
Once you have:
- Received the email with the download link, OR
- Started streaming the content (if applicable)
…you can no longer withdraw. This is an exception allowed by EU law specifically for digital content.
